Ingredients For Marinate

Heat oil 1/4 cup (around 60ml)
Ghee 1/2 cup (around 125ml)
Carrots sliced 3 pcs
Raisins 1 cup (soaked before 30 min)
Onions chopped 2 large
Cinnamon sticks 3 pcs
Cardamom 8 pcs
Bay leaves 4 pcs
Dry lemon 5 pcs
Fennel seeds 1 tsp
Ginger and garlic paste 2 tbsp
Coriander powder 3 tsp
Cinnamon powder 1 tsp

Hot water 2 litters (as a required
Basmati rice 4.5 cups (soaked before 30 min)
Hot chili 5 pcs

Heat oven 250° degree cook for 20 minutes
